Social Archive terms
These terms apply to the Social Archive pages at catalog.firstage.ai/socials and to desktop software made available under the Social Archive name. They do not create a Firstage Journey account.
Social Archive is in beta. This site does not currently offer downloads or checkout.
What this service includes
Social Archive is a desktop app for collecting and viewing posts from social accounts you authorize. The app keeps its archive on your computer. This website provides product information and, when configured, license-key recovery.
Beta availability
This site does not currently provide installer downloads or accept payment. Beta features may change, pause, or remain unavailable. Optional cloud collection is planned and is not included in the current beta.
Product keys and recovery
A product key is required to activate the desktop app. Any future purchase screen will show the seller, price, license term, device allowance, update scope, and cancellation conditions before payment. Email recovery issues a new key and revokes prior device activations on the server. An offline app may keep working under its current signed lease until its next online check or expiry, up to seven days after its last online verification. Reconnect and activate the computers you still use with the new key.
Connected social accounts
You must have authority to connect the social account you use. Instagram and Threads are third-party services; their access, features, and limits are controlled by their operators. Social Archive does not promise that a provider will keep an API or historical data available.
Your archive and use
You keep the rights you have in content collected from your accounts. Use the app only with accounts you are authorized to connect, and follow the terms and laws that apply to that content. Disconnecting an account stops the app from using its saved connection, but archived posts remain on your computer.
Beta software
Beta software is provided for evaluation and may contain defects or compatibility limits. These terms do not remove consumer rights or other responsibilities that applicable law does not allow Firstage to exclude.
Applicable law
Korean law applies, without excluding mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights that apply to you. We will publish material changes here before they take effect where required.
